Ok, let me start by being completely honest. I am, ahem, an SEO virgin. There, I said it. But in my role as a copy writer what I bring to the Inbound table is the skill and proficiency of an experienced writer. The finer points of this industry will become clear to me in time, but I am very intrigued by it all, and that is important.
I have been here for a few weeks now and things are starting to sink in. With that in mind I thought it might be a good time to officially and tentatively dip my toes in the SEO waters and make my presence known via this blog. Hello, I am Adam. They wanted to call me Vicky3 but I refused.
I love to write. My bread-and-butter is film theory, and I dedicate a large portion of my spare time to writing commissioned pieces about British cinema; a neglected, critically and academically undervalued branch of cinema. So, if you want to know anything about British films from the 1930s on, then I am your man.
Here are few other things about me. I hold a first-class degree in Film Studies and Journalism, enjoy a bit football, spent some time as an artist, and I like a drop of whisky (an ambition of mine is to one day start my very own whisky club – an unpretentious one open to anyone with the passion, but not necessarily the pocket). And in June 2012 I went and got married in Tuscany. Italy is an incredible place!
So that’s it. So far I have enjoyed my time at Inbound, and I am very much looking forward to the future. I will see you soon!
