The Inbound Debate #3 – Should we use ‘the’ in a Domain Name?

We’re agreed that domain names are one of the most important foundations to building a successful inbound marketing campaign. But there are a lot of considerations to take into account; and using the word ‘the’ turned out to be a contentious one.

Should new or old businesses consider using this term as part of their brand name; or should we always look to remove it in favour of a more short and snappy term? And what other implications might these three letters have?!
