Beyond became a client in June 2011 and we have grown a fantastic relationship with them that is still strong today. When we began Beyond had no organic search presence, no social media presence and relied heavily on word of mouth referral. Since the, we have sent nearly 80,000 users to the site, resulting in over 20,000 online enquires with double that including phone enquiries.

In addition the implementation of AdWords and on page optimisation of the Beyond site, we have developed an efficient link solicitation strategy by using influencer and ambassador relationships which is motored by our development of Beyond’s sub brand ‘Beyond Your Comfort Zone’, which has resulted in partnerships with the Herefordshire FA, The British Legion and a number of site-local schools. The links have had an immediate impact online, but have also transferred into more word of mouth referrals offline.

THE BRAND AND SOCIAL MEDIA

With a strong emphasis on a home from home customer service and community involvement, our goal has been to ensure that every piece of content that we create is aligned with the core values of the brand. Using this sub brand we have built up a well-engaged audience of nearly 9000 fans on Facebook, with content that consistently reaches hundreds and thousands of people.

By developing a strong demographic on social media, we have managed to develop an efficient media planning process whereby every piece of content we share is promoted and has resulted in an increased network referral figure to the website from Facebook, and an increase in socially assisted enquiries.

VIDEO PRODUCTION

We are now moving more of this type of content on to the website, and have produced some high quality filmic videos, that represent the brand as more than simply storage. The video production process involved writing of a script, directing, producing and casting. Once integrated on site, the videos have resulted in more repeat visitors to the site, and a longer average visit time.
